Sprayed polyurethane includes two parts: direct spraying with primer and synthetic resin, and spraying with foamed polyurethane. The primer and synthetic resin direct spraying is mainly used for anticorrosion and wear-resistant, sealing, heat preservation, etc., characterized by good abrasion resistance, excellent resistance to erosion and abrasion, spray coating from 25μ to several millimeters can be sprayed in a single molding and does not produce the phenomenon of hanging flow.

Introduction of Polyurethane coating
Polyurethane coating is a high-pressure polyurethane spraying equipment. Because of the high pressure spraying equipment, the material in the mixing room with very small space of high-speed impact and violent rotation, mixing is very full. The high-speed movement of the material in the spray gun mouth to form a fine mist droplets, uniformly sprayed to the surface of the object.
Foaming polyurethane spraying is mainly used for heat preservation, sealing in heat preservation and refrigeration, for it is not easy to use the mold, such as large spherical storage tanks, large-diameter profiled pipe fittings, cold storage walls and other thermal insulation materials, such as wrapping, can be realized on-site foaming.

(5) Thermal conductivity: 0.017-0.022W/m.k, lower than rock wool, glass wool, polystyrene boards, extruded plastic boards and other building thermal insulation materials.

Equipment
The black and white materials are heated and pressurized by polyurethane, and form high-pressure impact in the spray gun, forming a vortex mixing very fully. The perfect coaxiality structure design of the flush mounted booster pump minimizes the wear and tear of the seals, there is no pressure difference when working, and the fluctuating value of the commutation pressure is ideal and stable; the high-speed circulating lubricant in the anti-curing lubrication cylinder can quickly take away the leaking raw materials or impurities, and the black material shaft is always immersed in the lubricant to avoid the phenomenon of crystallization
